Soccer Performance Pricing And Membership Structure


We pride ourselves on keeping our programs as affordable as possible, our main goal is to pass down knowledge to kids and we know in order to accomplish this we must keep our prices reasonable.


Sessions are 90 mins long, we use a 2 prong approach to maximize player development. The first portion of the session is focused on improving a players athletic ability which includes: soft tissue prep, nervous system activation, agility concepts, spacial awareness, mobilization (specifically the hip capsule), dynamic flexibility, and speed mechanics. It should be noted that our older athletes will be using weights depending on the season to develop power, speed, strength and to limit the chance of injuries via eccentric, isometric, and concentric phased training sessions. The second portion of the session is focused on improving the individuals technical soccer skill set which includes: ball mastery, passing & receiving, 1v1s, 2v2s, 3v3s, and finishing.
